A Saturday. Walking around in a robe, unbathed, hocking loogies like a decidedly unattractive version of the Big Lebowski. I want to keep the reading train going but my brain just won’t allow it, so it was another day of movies. A24 fest basically.

The Green Knight – I was actually in and out of consciousness throughout this one, but it’s already so dreamlike in its sequence of events that nothing was detracted. Thought it was a great retelling of the classic story, and a unique experience.

The Lighthouse – Unbelievable. Deserves all the hype. If only I could crawl into that lantern atop the spiraled house and jolt my senses in a blind fit of electricity out of this wretched covidious slump, I would. And dude the dialogue is just so good in this movie.
